Looking forward to returning to Oxford to present:
  • Adapting Time and Historical Space: Mnunchkine’s Theatre du Soleil and the Comedie Francais, at Adaptations in History, 11th Annual Conference of the Association of Adaptation Studies, Oxford (St Anne’s College) UK, 26-27 September
Jeremy Johnson, actor/director and playwright will also present his paper "Adaptation Assimilation and the Uncomfortable Truth" on his (ready to be produced) television series Tribe. The Songe Arts creatives will be in attendance for an inspiring event.

JUST SAY NO! But then again you have to help those invaluable folks that are always there when I need them so on the Scenography front, popped in to help (very little but every little bit helps) Maureen Cartledge with her beautiful set at The Pavilion Theatre for On Golden Pond, and presented model for my set design for Hunter's Hill Theatre's production of Moonlight and Magnolias (directed by Maggie Scott) in November. Too busy to do much more than design and a bit of consulting, but the awesome and oh so capable Leigh Scanlan will take the reins with the M&M team to make this hint of a set model below happen.

Not sure I will be climbing those 269 stairs to the dome if I don't start training now! But I will be delivering a paper here 3 September, 2016
  • 'The Present Future Past: Prophecies and Conspiratorial Fascinations,' The Great Fire: Reconsidered, Wren Suite, St Paul’s Cathedral

Last time we tried to tour St Paul's in London (2004) it was filled with scaffolding. This should be a great start to another research trip with a few conference thrown in thanks to being in the area.
